How do I request an official transcript?

FLVS is now processing all official transcript requests electronically.  Please follow the steps below to submit your transcript request.  

NOTE: the first transcript is free of charge, but all additional transcripts require a processing fee.

1. Navigate to https://www.flvs.net
2. Click the STUDENTS link and select Transcript Request from the drop-down
3. Select the program you attended and need transcripts from
4. Follow the directions given on the page to complete your transcript request.
