"Cannot Connect to Speakers" error displayed when launching Blackboard Collaborate

Please follow the steps below:

1. In the Start Menu select Control Panel
2. Select Sounds
3. On the Playback tab, select your output device
       NOTE: This will be the same output device you select to use in your Blackboard Collaborate session.
4. Select Configure
5. Select Stereo or 2.0/2.1 audio
6. Select Next
7. Select Next
8. Select Finish
9. Select OK
10. Launch your Blackboard Collaborate session
11. Select Tools
12. Select Audio
13. Choose the same output device that was selected in Step #3
