Password Change Failed

 I am Unable to Change my VSA Password. I see an error that states "...Password Changed Failed" How do I log in?

  1. Go to login.flvs.net and under Account Management, click on Change Password
  2. Type in your Current Password
  3. Type in your new password following the password guidelines    

NOTE: Minimum Password Security Requirements:

  • Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long and must contain any combination of three (3) of the following:    
    • Uppercase letters
    • Lowercase letters
    • Numbers
    • Special Characters (Allowed: ‘’. , ~ ’ \ / - _ = + < > ; : ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ))
  • Passwords cannot repeat any given character three (3) times in a row
  • Cannot re-use recent passwords

4. Retype your new password that you put in #3
5. Click Change Password

If you receive a similar error message like the screen below, then select a new password that you have never used before and try again.
