OR
Follow the steps below:
1. On the FLVS website, select FLVS Flex (formerly Part Time) in the Login drop-down.
2. On the VSA Login page, select Forgot Username?
3. On the Username Recovery page, please enter the following information associated to the VSA account:
- Enter the email address in the Email field.
- Enter the first name in the First Name field.
- Enter the last name in the Last Name field.
NOTE: please use legal first and last name. - Enter the date of birth in the Date of Birth field (for students ONLY).
4. After selecting Recover Username, the username will be displayed.
